Steel cutting can be a risky task. There is a lot to think about when cutting, including the thickness, weight, size, hardness, and final quality. We lways choose the right tools and equipment to suit the specific job, to ensure we can deliver the greatest service.
As a standard process, we can achieve a tolerance of ± 0.5mm with cutting. However, this depends on the size of the tube and the client's needs. We can achieve tighter tolerances if any projects require them.
After the cutting, we also offer 'deburring' service for tubes too, which removes burs and rough edges, and can be extremely handy, as it makes the tubes safer to handle and gives them a nicer edge. There are two ways to remove the rough edges, we do this using vibro or brush techniques. Whatever we choose, we always ensure a smooth, high quality finish.
